This restored, comfortable apartment which formerly was a farmhouse, has a good location near the wide sandy beach of Lacona and a pergola-covered terrace (equipped for al fresco dining) featuring stunning views. Plenty of gum-trees surrounds the building and keeps the place cooler than the seaside a short stroll away (just a 15-minute walk, or a 3-minute car ride). Low cost park is only a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The 60 sq. m. flat comes with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a spacious living room overlooking the terrace and accommodating an extra sofa bed for two, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check in is 21 years old
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- pets of any size are allowed, with a supplement of € 30 on cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
