You can walk to the two fine sandy beaches, both free and equipped and equipped with all services. You will be only 5 minutes by car from the center of Capoliveri, in a convenient position to also reach the side of Porto Azzurro and Portoferraio. It is also the ideal location for lovers of nature and peace, despite the small size, it offers large open spaces and is inserted in a private family context, nearby you can discover other coves that maintain the charm of authentic Elba: Felciaio, 2 km Zuccale, 3 km Barabarca.

La Casina di Alan offers large open spaces, a comfortable and private parking space, and a context full of privacy and tranquility. It consists of a kitchenette and dining table, bathroom with shower cubicle, small double bedroom. The apartment is completed by a large terraced outdoor area equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in is 21 years old
- check-in from 15.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 10.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
