Two-room apartment a few minutes from the center of Marina di Campo and from one of the largest sandy beaches on the island. The apartment offers to the customers a bright living room complete with kitchenette with gas burners, a fridge with freezer, a washing machine, a TV and a double sofa bed. It also has a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Outside it is also possible to relax or have lunch outdoors thanks to a small furnished patio.

Important Notes:
- check-in from 5.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- small/medium sized pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of €30.00
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
For groups of YOUNG PEOPLE under 21 years of age, a 50% increase in the security deposit will be required.
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- on request in the coldest periods electric heaters are available with a supplement of 10.00 euros per day
