Although air conditioning is at your disposal, the apartment is fully equipped with mosquito nets that will allow you to enjoy the fresh country air even on the sultriest evenings. The outdoor courtyard, surrounded by greenery, gives you the opportunity to eat outside in the shade of fruit trees; an anoglo of peace without giving up all that the town of Marina di campo has to offer during the summer period. We had a great time!
My friends and I were Ludovica's guests for a week and we had a great time! The house is located 5 minutes by car from the center of Marina di Campo in a very quiet and peaceful area. Ludovica was very kind to us and advised us where to eat and which beaches to visit.

Four of us stayed for 15 days with two children aged 4 and 6. Very clean, large and functional house. Practically furnished and equipped with the essentials. Very quiet, cool area with the possibility of being outdoors. Excellent location for getting around the island and exploring beautiful beaches and villages by car, in addition to the convenience of Marina di Campo, a location full of services, seafront and large beach that can also be reached on foot (about 20 minutes, very doable even with slightly younger children).
