We are in Seccheto, in an exclusive location as it is slightly elevated above sea level that guarantees you a breathtaking view, with the reflection of the sun on the sea fading into the horizon; only 250 meters from the golden sandy beach, with exclusive parking space! 
The apartment offers everything to ensure a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The area does not need much commentary. We are in the heart of the Costa del Sole where there are the most beautiful coves of golden sand of the whole island, and the most striking cliffs: from the Pools of Seccheto itself, to the famous basins that can be reached by a path from the beach, to the sea villages a little further on that rise directly along the cliffs such as Pomonte and Chiessi. 
We are in the southwestern part of the island famous for its breathtaking views, its golden sandy beaches, and its cliff-like stretches of coastline that dip gently into the water, creating natural pools and snorkeling spots that are unique in their kind. Light and Curious as a Swallow. 

The apartment with 4/5 beds is reached by a flight of steps, being in the village of Seccheto. The living area consists of a dining room with sofa and kitchenette. The sleeping area is divided into two bedrooms, one spacious double and one with two single beds that can be joined. Bathroom with shower stall. Double terrace in that you will have both the entrance terrace, with incredible sea view, and a large terrace that in summer is covered to shelter from the sun, on the inner side of the house, overlooking the pine forest of the house next door. Sea and Nature, impossible to ask for more. The highlight of the apartment is definitely its parking space, an exclusive and unobtainable service for this location, which remains intimate and reserved for a few precisely because of the lack of parking spaces.

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed
- air conditioning for a fee, upon request, at 8 euros daily
- we remind guests that only duly registered people can stay in the house
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 must be paid a supplement of € 50.00
- pets allowed only small animals with supplement on cleaning of € 30 to be paid on site 
- deposit (compulsory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after viewing the state of the property (if paid in cash will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euro per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
