Our apartment is very simple but modern and cheap but offers everything you need for a comfortable vacation. It remains in a secluded but very convenient location since in a few minutes by car you can reach different sides of different municipalities, from Portoferraio with its white and green coast to the beaches of Lacona (sand) and Norsi (pebbles) . Municipality of Capoliveri. Peace and nature in a residential area where there are various houses, mainly villas and typical Tuscan houses.

It is a One bed-room apartment on the mezzanine floor and consists of a kitchen with four gas burners, refrigerator with freezer, oven, air conditioning (for a fee), double bedroom with TV and bathroom with shower cubicle (without dishes). Washing machine. New furniture, private uncovered parking space. The strength of the apartment is its beautiful outdoor area, which is equipped with a table and chairs.

Important information:
- Check-in at the property from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and check-out by 9:00 a.m.; If you check in after 8 p.m., a surcharge of €50.00 must be paid
- Air conditioning for a fee, 50 euros per week, payable locally when handing over the keys
- Animals are not allowed
- Deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; Refund at the end of the stay after inspection of the condition of the accommodation (if paid in cash, the refund will not be made before 3:00 p.m.)
- Bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested when booking); cannot be booked on site
