Comfortable 2-room apartment sleeping 4/6, well equipped, in a residential hamlet convenient for getting around all sides of the island

For those wishing to spend their holidays in Portoferraio, the capital of the Island of Elba, moving comfortably to visit the other areas of the island, this 2-room apartment is ideal. A few minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches of the island, such as the "white beaches", Viticcio and L'Enfola, the property is located in a quiet area in the immediate vicinity of several supermarkets and shops. It is an exclusively residential fraction, it extends along the main street in the direction of Campo nell'Elba, a very convenient point for reaching Napoleon's residence in San Martino or the marvelous golden sandy beaches of the Biodola Gulf just 5 km away. In the opposite direction, the provincial road connects you to the east coast, from Rio Marina to Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro.

Apartment that can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children, located on the first floor of a small building. It consists of a large living room with sofa, dining table and separate kitchenette. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower (without box). The strong point of the apartment is its habitable terrace equipped for eating (the table is not visible in the photo because it was added later). The two extra beds are on request, and consist of two fold-out beds that can be added respectively in the two bedrooms

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in 21 years (aimed at groups of guys)
- rental for up to 4 adults + 2 children aged 12 years or younger
- only small pets allowed, with a supplement of 30 euros on site
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00 for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
