Beautiful apartment in a private villa, with independent entrance, located in a very quiet area on the outskirts of Portoferraio, strategic for those who want to visit various locations on the island and a few minutes drive from the suggestive sandy beach of Biodola and the coves of Scaglieri and Forno. It is located near the main road that connects Portoferraio to the Gulf of Lacona, famous for its long beach of fine sand, which with the mistral wind becomes a real swimming pool, a paradise for nature lovers and families.
Far from the chaos, it will be the perfect place to visit all the slopes, take a walk along the San Giovanni seafront or practice sports thanks to its open-air gym by the sea, spend a day in the swimming pool in the Airone Park which is also open to outsiders .

It internally offers 4/5 beds for a maximum of 4 adults + child under 12 years of age, divided into a double sofa bed in the living room, a double bedroom, and a bedroom with bunk beds. The living area consists of a dining room with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower. Outside, a very comfortable equipped garden (* is not visible in the photo as the photos were taken during the winter and it was not accessible).

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 25 years of age are not admitted
- rental for a maximum of 4 adults + child
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am for check-in after 8.00pm a supplement of €30.00 must be paid
