Apartment is located in the first outskirts of Portoferraio, a residential area surrounded by greenery and very close to the sea, will allow you to reach the white pebble beach of Sottobomba with a short walk, reaching the beach with a wild and unspoiled soul, perfect for snorkeling lovers. Typical of the northern coast, the beach recalls those of Capo Bianco, La Padulella and Le Ghiaie, all of smooth pebbles and a crystal-clear, unforgettable sea. 
The historic center of Portoferraio is just a few minutes' drive from the apartment, where you will find restaurants, bars and a charming promenade. 

Three-room apartment sleeps 4/5 (Maximum 4 adults + boy under 16 years of age)
The apartment offers two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, washing machine and, in the living area from which you enter the house, a living room with kitchenette equipped with refrigerator freezer, oven and dishwasher, sofa bed for one person and dining table. Fan and mosquito nets are provided in each room. 
Outside is a large patio equipped with a barbeque, table and chairs. A parking space is reserved for guests.

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under the age of 21 are not allowed
- small pets allowed with extra charge on cleaning of 30 euro
- deposit (compulsory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after viewing the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euro per person (to be requested when booking); not bookable on the spot
- check-in at our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00 for check-in after 20.00 an extra charge of € 50.00 must be paid
