The location is ideal for those looking for a quiet holiday and a central position to tour the various sides of the island, you can easily reach both the White Coast of Portoferraio with its renowned beaches such as Le Ghiaie, Capobianco and Padulella and Lacona, a sandy gulf in the Capoliveri area. The roundabout that connects Portoferraio to Portoazzurro and Marina di campo or Marciana Marina is only 1 km from the property. Do not miss a walk away from the noise on the seafront of San Giovanni with a view of the Portoferraio dock, where there is also the only spa on the island, or a day in the swimming pools of the Parco Hotel Airone which are also open to outsiders.

- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
