Unique position for this apartment, a few steps from the beach without giving up the convenience of having the car nearby. The only rule of this place is to unplug from daily stress and immerse yourself in nature. Tranquility, comfort, excursions, breathtaking sunsets are the must haves of this accommodation. Beach, lush nature, silence accompanied by the sound of the sea: here it feels like being in a real Eden!
An excellent base for visiting the nearby beaches, Scaglieri and Biodola but, if we tell you that from the terrace you can admire the Gulf on the horizon and the starry sky, who moves from here anymore? The partly pedestrian road that connects Forno to the sisters starts right below the house, safe and with little traffic.
It has been recently renovated and offers numerous services, the La Fonte holiday home was designed to guarantee practicality, functionality but at the same time attention to detail.

It is located on the first floor of a house where there are other terraced accommodations, the fact of being on the upper floor guarantees intimacy and privacy.
You enter a wonderful living area where there is a large and comfortable sofa, a modern and well-equipped kitchen, which opens onto this wonderful terrace equipped both for relaxing and for eating outside, in the hot hours or in the rain as it is protected by a porch. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one double, one with two joinable single beds. Bathroom with shower and bidet. Outside on the entrance side you will also find a very comfortable outdoor shower, useful for removing the sand when returning from the beach.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check in is 21 years old (for group of guys)
- supplement of € 30.00 for the presence of animals, only small ones allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 9.00 am for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
