Wonderful recently renovated apartment, tastefully furnished, with two double bedrooms and a small balcony overlooking one of the most characteristic streets of Portoferraio, a few steps from all services  

It is located on the second floor of a small building in one of the most typical and characteristic streets of the capital of the island. You will be a few steps from the centre, in a secluded but not too secluded position, convenient to all services without the chaos and noise typical of the historic centre. Strategic position for those who want to get around the island, you will be close to the best beaches of the white rock coast; maximum 1 km from Ghiaie, Padulella and Capo Bianco. You will feel at home, Portoferraio is the center of the island, a town full of charm, thanks to its Caribbean beaches, its Darsena with its picturesque little port full of clubs and sailing boats, its historical testimonies. A few hundred meters away is the English Fort, witness of the Anglo-Saxon presence on the island and symbol of the uniqueness that characterizes our country and all its monuments, from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the city and the bay.

Bright 90 sq m apartment, finely furnished with attention to the neutral and warm colors of the earth, where the Tuscan terracotta floor evokes past atmospheres. It consists of a large open space living room connected by an archway to the modern kitchen. The sleeping area consists of two spacious and comfortable double bedrooms. Large bathroom with bathtub and bidet. Balcony with coffee table with a glimpse of the Gulf of Portoferraio in the background. It does not have a private parking space but it is possible to leave the car along the road subject to availability.

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under the age of 21 are not admitted
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 10.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
