The apartment is located inside an elegant resort, just 400 meters from the sea and surrounded by 3 hectares of land, where centuries-old olive trees and holm oaks grow, and the perfectly maintained gardens will be the setting for a stay dedicated to of peace and relaxation.

The small center of Bagnaia is easily reachable on foot, which offers a minimarket, restaurants and characteristic beach bars, where you can enjoy the splendid sunsets that the gulf of Portoferraio can offer. The pool closure for the 2024 season (weather permitting) is scheduled for October 8th, and the opening for May 20th.

The 75 m2 structure is equipped with a patio equipped for comfortable outdoor dining, covered by a large foldable umbrella. The spacious living room directly overlooks the patio. The apartment has a large double bedroom with access to the terrace, a second bedroom with two single beds (one of the two extractable), a bathroom with shower and window, and a kitchen separated from the living room, also equipped with a window, and renovated in 2023. In the living room there is a double sofa bed. The private garage is a few steps from the apartment and can accommodate a car and possibly bicycles. The terrace overlooks the large private lawns and avenues of olive trees of the structure.

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under the age of 21 are not allowed
- the rental must be for a maximum of 4 adults or 3 adults + 2 children
- check-in in our Agency from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a supplement of € 30 on the final cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
