The apartment is accessed from the living room with dining table, kitchenette and double sofa bed served by air conditioning. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a bathroom with bidet, shower and washing machine. Free parking is available just 200 meters away.

- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): € 100.00; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
