Rio Marina Charme e Relax is a modern apartment with a beautiful sea view, finely furnished with outdoor space and all comforts at a very advantageous price.
Our apartment is part of a well-kept building divided into 4 total apartments, but still guarantees privacy and tranquility. extremely comfortable and with an extraordinary sea view. They are located 1 km from Rio Marina, a seaside town renowned for its good restaurants and excellent hospitality, frequented by those who want to learn about the life of a Mediterranean village rich in history and centuries-old traditions.
This three-room apartment enjoys a splendid sea view, in fact it is also equipped, in addition to the large living room surrounded by windows, with a terrace equipped for eating in the open air with a wonderful panorama that opens onto the horizon. The apartment is spread over two floors. The upper floor is composed of a bright living room with sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower, the lower floor, connected by an internal staircase, houses a double bedroom and one with bunk beds, accessed via a French window from the double bedroom. to an outdoor area equipped with deckchairs. The ground floor apartment also has a small bathroom complete with shower.
It should be noted that in Rio Marina there is a tourist port served by a regular ferry, therefore it is possible to disembark directly by car 1 km from the apartments!

Important Notes:
- The rental of people with small pets is permitted, on request with a supplement of €30
- Deposit (mandatory): 500 euros (per apartment); refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- minimum age for check-in is 21 years (aimed at groups of guys, family welcome)

My stay in Rio Marina was truly relaxing and enjoyable for me and my family.
The very clean and welcoming structure with all the comforts like your own home and above all it is of recent construction.
As far as I'm concerned, all the package with ferry included in the price is also excellent, nothing left to chance.

Our feedback on the overnight at trilocale Rio Marina is undoubtedly positive! The house, bright, spacious and with a breathtaking view filled exactly the description and the pictures found on the web site, that's what led us to choose it.

Natural area with beautiful sea and remained without mass tourism even in August.

Amazing stay on Elba!
The house was very cozy, well organized and in a strategic and panoramic position.
No need to take long flights to find a beautiful and clean sea, just go to the island of Elba.
It`s the second time I go there but I hope there will be a third one !!!!!

Very pleasant holiday!
The holiday just passed on the Island of Elba was very pleasant.
Despite the chosen period (two weeks in mid-August) the island was very livable, both as for the traffic on the roads, the beaches and the services in general.
The solution that we have chosen (apartment in Rio Marina) was particularly comfortable and corresponds to what is shown in the site.
We particularly loved the quiet location, magnificent views, as well as the tasteful and brand newdecor .
Even the reception service and assistance during the stay was very helpful and professional.
In conclusion, our first experience on the Island of Elba has been very positive !!

What a Magnificence
I spent one week in this apartment and I was amazed by the beauty of the place, the position and the sympathy of the population of this village, which is one of the oldest of this island. Restaurants, shops, bars, a paradise away from the daily chaos.
