The villa has been renovated respecting its initial charm , with modern materials and furnishings, without disturbing the balance of the context in which it is set. A place where time seems to have stopped, a town where its thousand-year history shines through: from the narrow streets of the village, to the mining traces, to the places of worship. This area is especially loved by those who love to walk in scenic places, with its many paths, both trekking and mountain biking, it is the best side for those who want to enjoy nature in all its facets, and not simply spend the typical beach vacation. However, the coastal stretch is very varied, intimate and wild beaches, where the clear water of the sea blends with the mineral depths, far from the cahos of the more crowded resorts.

The house overlooks the sea and offers a unique view of its kind, both over the rooftops of the ancient village and the Gulf that opens to the horizon. It is detached and the accommodation is all on the second floor for an internal square footage of about 120 square meters. It offers a large and bright living room with open space on the well-equipped kitchen. Here you will find a comfortable double sofa bed with mattress. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, two doubles (one of the two in the photos was still to be set up) and a small bedroom with a double sofa bed also with mattress. There are two modern bathrooms with shower and bidet. The large outdoor area equipped for eating provides a sense of continuity between indoors and outdoors.With a view of the sea and garden behind the house, the house remains in a cool and breezy location.It does not have private parking space but there are several public parking spaces nearby that are not metered.

- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed
- check-in from 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and check-out by 9 a.m.; for check-in after 8 p.m., a surcharge of € 50.00 must be paid
- animals not allowed
- deposit (compulsory): € 200.00; refunded at the end of the stay after viewing the state of the property (if paid in cash will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euro per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Information regarding check-in is sent to the client 48 hours before arrival, for any needs you can contact our customer service at. For the selected property normally key pickup is done at the office in Portoferraio or by self check-in.
