Dear Graziano and team I am happy to give you our brief feedback about the holiday we booked through you recently as follows: + The website was easy to use + The reservations team were very good – normally quick in reacting, and always answering questions fully. When visiting the office, I found Sonia to be both professional and extremely helpful. Although we didn’t have any problems, I felt that if we had experienced bad luck, she would have done everything to help solve the problem with us. + The property was in good condition and very clean. + The extras we booked (car ferry and bedding) were exactly as we had requested. + We also found the owner (Augusto) to be very welcoming – we arrived very late in the evening, and he was already on the main road with a torch waiting for us. + Of course, it makes arrangements so much easier for us to have correspondence in English - A very small bump on the road was that the bedding had been put on beds in the same room – we had not specified that we would use two rooms, but had assumed that this would be understood. Not a big problem as we were able to change the bedding ourselves easily. - The location was given as a 10 minute walk to the beach, which we found rather a challenge. Maybe it was the summer feeling of relaxation that slowed us down, but it seemed more like 20 minutes from the front door to the sea. Overall, we were very happy with the accommodation and the service you gave us. Thank you for helping us to have a very happy week on Elba. Keith
