Villa Nella Apartments
This is a house divided into 3 different apartments, two on the ground floor and on the first floor. This is an especially nice part of Marina di Campo set between the pines trees and the beach , only 200 metres from the sea, but you can also be in the town centre in a few minutes.
Although it is near both town and beach, it is nevertheless a very quiet area even during high season. There is private parking within the grounds, and every apartment has it`s own entrance with outside areas for eating.
8 person apartment.
This is around 100sq. mts. with a large dining room with a corner kitchen that opens onto a little terrace where you can eaat outside under the shade; a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people: three rooms with two beds a piece; two bathrooms a store room, washing machine, TV.
5 person apartment
This is around 60 sq. mts. consisting of a large living room with a single sofa bed and corner kitchen; two bedrooms with dividing beds; shower room, store room; outside space; TV, washing machine on request.
4 person apartment.
This apartment of around 40 sq.mts. has a living room with a corner kitchen and a sofa bed for 2 people, a bedroom with dividing beds; a shower room; TV; washing machine on request; outside eating area.
